There are, of course, religious reasons to oppose suicide. “God has a plan for your life,” we often hear, both in good times and in excruciatingly bad. But it’s a plain fact that not everyone is religious, and I think it would help if someone would collate the reasons that, from a secular perspective, suicide is always wrong.
